As the COO, she is fully in charge of the operations of the company as a Corporate Trustee overseeing a growing staff in 4 regions, Twelve (12) licensed Fund Managers and Ten (10) licensed Custodians (banks) and trustees for Eighteen (18) schemes under the management and administration of GENTRUST.
She is a member of the investment committee that oversees broad investment and risk factors for the portfolio under management. She is ultimately responsible for the compliance to the regulations governing the multi-million cedi portfolio.
Her experience spans across being a treasurer for two terms on the Board of African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF) a grant making foundation with networks and coalitions in 42 African Countries, being a member of the Investment Advisory Committee (IAC) of the Equality Fund (EF), Canada for a two-year term and currently serves on the board of Nsutaman Rural Bank (NRBL) chairing the Credit and Risk sub-committee and a member of the Audit and Compliance sub-committee.
As the only female Director of General Trust Company Limited (GENTRUST) and IOD
certified, she brings into the esteemed space her management and board work
experience with different legal and administrative outlines as well as regulated operational
compliance.
Ms. Arielle A. Enninful can boast of twenty-five (25+) years of work experience in the financial services sector covering administration, investments, banking and pensions.
