is a seasoned Management Accountant and Internal Auditor with over 20 years of professional experience spanning both the private and public sectors. He has worked with leading international organizations, including AXA UK (2001–2005) and Elementis Plc (1998–2001), and also served in the UK Civil Service for seven years, where he held roles in finance, audit, and policy administration.

He later served as Finance Director at British American Tobacco, with responsibility for operations in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and The Gambia from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Nantwi is currently the Lead Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of M and J Audit Consultancy, where he provides finance advisory and audit services.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and holds the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK.
